1. Reservation Policy
- Reservations: We recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends or during holidays, to guarantee your table.
- Late Arrivals: We understand that things can get busy, but please notify us if you’re running late. Reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
2. Dining Experience
- Menu Options: Our menu is designed to cater to a wide range of tastes. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
- Special Requests: While we do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee every modification will be possible, depending on the nature of the request.
3. Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Please note that a service charge may apply to groups of 6 or more.
- Gratuity: Tips are not included in your bill. If you had a great experience, gratuity is always appreciated!
4. Conduct & Behavior
- Respectful Behavior: We ask that all guests behave respectfully during their visit. Dim Sum Duck is a family-friendly environment, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Damage to Property: Any intentional damage to restaurant property will be charged to the guest responsible.
5. Health & Safety
- Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene. Rest assured that our kitchen and dining areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
6. Private Events & Catering
- Bookings for Private Events: We offer private event bookings and catering services. Please inquire directly for further details and availability.
- Deposits: A deposit may be required for large events or special catering orders.
7. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Dim Sum Duck is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen within the restaurant. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.
