• Late Arrivals: We understand that things can get busy, but please notify us if you’re running late. Reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Special Requests: While we do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee every modification will be possible, depending on the nature of the request.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Please note that a service charge may apply to groups of 6 or more.
• Gratuity: Tips are not included in your bill. If you had a great experience, gratuity is always appreciated!

• Damage to Property: Any intentional damage to restaurant property will be charged to the guest responsible.

6. Private Events & Catering

• Bookings for Private Events: We offer private event bookings and catering services. Please inquire directly for further details and availability.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required for large events or special catering orders.

• Limitation of Liability: Dim Sum Duck is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen within the restaurant. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.
